Made for loved ones who cannot visit as often as they like, our Heaton Place facebook page offers the perfect opportunity for friends and family members to stay up to date on current events and see pictures of recent activities.
As well, the pictures that we post regularly give visitors and new residents the opportunity to feel like they are part of the community before they even arrive.
